Cleaver-Brooks boiler feed systems help maintain water temperature and prolong the life of your steam boiler. Robust construction and industrial control options make the Model BFS a great choice for the more demanding operations. Consisting of one or more feed pumps and robust receiver tank, the system automatically supplements condensate with makeup water to replace system losses. The steam pre-heat maintains feedwater temperature and significantly reduces chemical consumption for reliable delivery of feedwater to the boiler. A variety of control solutions are available ranging from mechanical control to full digital control packages.
- Atmospheric feedwater system
- Corrosion resistant stainless-steel tank
- Small footprint design
- Horizontal and vertical tank configurations available
- Provides storage and handles volume swings in condensate return
- Variety of pump options available
- Boosts condensate return pressure
- Accepts gravity returns
- Steam preheat to help reduce chemical usage
- Ideal for Packaged Skid Solutions
- Upgrade/ Replacement for aging feed systems
Cleaver-Brooks models FSV and FSH are designed for smaller capacity steam systems and are available in both vertical and horizontal configurations with multiple pumping controls options. Consisting of one or more feed pumps and robust receiver tank, the system automatically supplements condensate with makeup water to replace system losses. The steam pre-heat maintains feedwater temperature and significantly reduces chemical consumption for reliable delivery of feedwater to the boiler. The corrosion resistant stainless-steel tank provides years of reliable operation and come with an extended warranty.

The Cleaver-Brooks surge tank products provide additional storage time to handle water volume swings in condensate return to eliminate potential for overflow from a stand-alone deaerator system. Because condensate return volume is largely unpredictable, a surge tank provides a means to collect intermittent condensate returns and supply water at a relatively constant volume, while limiting discharge to drain. The surge tank will collect both pumped and gravity condensate returns and will boost pressure for delivery to the deaerator. The Cleaver-Brooks surge tank is a full ASME design, providing longevity to the system. A variety of control solutions are available ranging from mechanical control to full digital control packages. Cleaver-Brooks also offers the model CST, a non-ASME surge tank for smaller applications or applications not requiring ASME construction.
